Comment(s): The Northeast Community Trail was constructed in 2004 through collaboration between the City and neighborhoods surrounding the trail. The Parks and Recreation Department worked closely with the Environmental Services Department to create a paved multi-use path along the buffer of the White Street landfill. The greenway provide the community with recreational opportunities on a beautifully-landscaped trail in northeast Greensboro.
