Greensboro Parks and Recreation Adult Sports programs are designed to provide men and women ages 18 and older the opportunity to participate in a fun and enjoyable physical activity in order to socialize, compete and develop positive relationships with other members of the Greensboro community.

Looking for fun, fitness, and friendly competition? Join our Co-Ed Slow Pitch Softball League! Open to all skill levels, it's the perfect way to meet new people and enjoy the game in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Teams will be scheduled to play games primarily on Wednesday evenings, with other days of the week included as necessary. Teams are responsible for providing their own uniforms and equipment (balls, bats, etc.).
