Greensboro Parks and Recreation Adult Sports programs are designed to provide men and women ages 18 and older the opportunity to participate in a fun and enjoyable physical activity in order to socialize, compete and develop positive relationships with other members of the Greensboro community.

Are you 45 or older and looking for a fantastic way to stay active, have fun, and connect with a vibrant community? Our 45+ Softball League is the perfect place for you! Whether you're a seasoned slugger or a complete novice, this league is designed to welcome players of all skill levels. Each participant will be drafted and placed on a team to compete with throughout the season. Games will be played primarily on Tuesday evenings, with some Thursday evenings included. Each player should provide his or her own athletic wear, glove, and bat.
