Greensboro Parks and Recreation Adult Sports programs are designed to provide men and women ages 18 and older the opportunity to participate in a fun and enjoyable physical activity in order to socialize, compete and develop positive relationships with other members of the Greensboro community.

Teams may list their classification as Competitive, Recreational or Church. If possible, the Program Director will place teams into leagues based on classification and historical results from prior seasons.
All leagues will play an 8 game regular season, one night a week with a double elimination tournament.
