This program is designed for youth and adults with disabilities to build skills and knowledge of cheer routines throughout an eight week in-person league. Practices will be held at various locations/times.

Chair Fitness is a gentle form of fitness exercise practiced sitting in a chair and takes place at Smith Active Adult Center (2401 Fairview Street, Greensboro).

This is the initial application for Camp Joy and does not guarantee enrollment. You will be sent an invitation from ePACT where the remainder of the application will need to be completed.

Get ready to roll! In this weekly program we'll socialize and try to top our best scores. The fee is $2 per game payable at Triad Lanes (21 Oak Branch).

Tweens on the Scene is a program that will provide a needed recreational experience for participants between the ages of 12 and 18 years old. The Tweens on the Scene experience will incorporate social interactions for our participants, also continuing to help develop their independence, practical life skills, and build their self-confidence while amongst peers in a fun, safe, structured setting. Drop off at 9am and pick up at 3pm is at the Greensboro Sportsplex (2400 16th Street). We will be going to Round 1 Bowling and Amusement at Four Seasons Town Centre. Bring own spending money for games and lunch, but bowling is included in the cost.

We will be at Captain Bill's Seafood and Steak (6108 West Market Boulevard, Greensboro, NC 27409) by 11:00am for our kickoff event to have lunch and learn more about the winter spring programming session. If Guilford County Schools is delayed or canceled, programs will be canceled. Please call 336-373-2042 for any changes in transportation needs or questions regarding inclement weather. Meals at own expense.

This bowling program is a once a month program for individuals ages 10 and older with a variety of disabilities. They will have the opportunity to socialize and practice their bowling skills. Adaptive equipment is sanitized and available if needed. Saturday Bowling takes place at Triad Lanes (21 Oak Branch Drive).

Let's ring in spring while dancing through the decades! Spring on over to the dance floor for an inclusive in-person event that will allow participants to dance, play games, and make memories! So, bring your best dance moves and enjoy the fun! The dance will be held at Lindley Recreation Center (2907 Springwood Drive). All ages. Registration is required.
