Join us for Abilities Tennis Clinics at Latham Park, 905 Cridland Rd. Greensboro, NC 27401. Clinics will be on Sundays from 4:30 - 5:30 PM from September 8-October 27. The clinics are run by ATANC Coach Tony Mule and a wonderful group of trained volunteers and coaches. You may register as an athlete for one or more of the clinics. Each clinic is listed individually.

Abilities Tennis clinics provide free tennis instruction for athletes with intellectual disabilities ages 8 and up. Participants will learn the fundamentals, play games and have fun! Parents and/or caregivers are asked to stay during the clinic. No experience necessary. Bring a tennis racquet if you have one; otherwise, a racquet will be provided for use at the clinic. Also, please wear athletic shoes and bring a water bottle.

Challenger Cheerleading is designed for individuals with disabilities to learn new cheer skills and routines. Challenger Cheerleading is available for those participants 10 years old to 35. Game days and locations may vary in location from the game schedule.

A gentle form of fitness exercises practiced sitting in a chair. After 45 minutes, participants will enjoy socializing with additional activities. Chair fitness is at Smith Active Adult Center (2401 Fairview Street).

Flag Football is designed for individuals with disabilities to learn new skills and compete in a league against other teams in the Triad area. Challenger Flag Football is available for those participants 10 years old to 35. Game days and locations will vary. Practices will be at Bryan Park.

Put on your dancing shoes and join your friends for the annual fall dance! We are looking forward to seeing our participants who are 13 years and up dance the night away! The dance will take place at Lindley Recreation Center (2907 Springwood Drive, Greensboro, NC 27403).

Get ready to roll! In this weekly program we'll socialize and try to top our best scores. The fee is $2 per game payable at Triad Lanes (21 Oak Branch).

Come join us for some fun at Hawk's Pumpkin Patch (2558 W Clemmonsville Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27127) and then we will go out to eat at the Tin Tin Buffet (at participant's expense).

If you enjoy bowling this program is right up your alley! This adaptive bowling program will provide ramps and bumpers if needed.
